Successful Co-Parenting Online Class

1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Successful Co-Parenting (SCP) online Zoom classroom, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this policy. Your continued participation constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1.2 Confidentiality

To maintain a safe and respectful learning environment, all participants must agree to keep discussions and personal information shared in the classroom confidential.

1.3 Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of the SCP program. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

2. Cancelation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Participants

If you need to cancel your participation in the SCP online classroom, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the class to be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy below).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled for a future session, subject to availability.

2.2 Cancellation by SCP Program

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled class or receive a full refund.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Participants who cancel their registration at least 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time.

3.2 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. Classroom Expectations

4.1 Camera Activated

All participants are expected to have their cameras activated during the online sessions. This helps create a more interactive and engaging environment for all attendees.

4.2 Participation through Audio, Video, and Chat

Active participation is required. You are expected to engage in discussions, ask questions, and contribute to group activities through audio, video, and chat features. Your contributions help enrich the learning experience for everyone.

4.3 Respectful Interaction

Please be respectful of others' opinions and experiences. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session without a refund.

5. Assessment and Feedback

5.1 Assessment

At the end of the class, participants will be required to complete an assessment to evaluate their understanding of the material covered. This assessment is mandatory and contributes to your successful completion of the program.

5.2 Feedback

We value your input and encourage you to provide feedback on your experience. Participants will be invited to complete a feedback survey at the end of the class to help us improve the program.
