Founder & Director
Who is Tío Jorge?
"Uncle" Jorge brings a diverse set of training and life experience to his role of Founder/Director of Collaborative Parenting with Tio Jorge. He is a father, an active uncle to his nieces and nephews, and a lifelong teacher.
In addition to formal education in biomedical engineering and neuroscience, he has a Master's degree in Administration and years of training and professional experience in mediation and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). He founded the Successful Co-Parenting program in 2016. Since then, he has been committed to helping families develop essential parenting and co-parenting skills.
His commitment to supporting parents grew from his own experience with separation/divorce, along with his passion for self-improvement and personal growth, which form the foundation of his current training programs. He has been conducting court-approved parenting seminars since 2016 and also serves as a Certified Mediator in high-conflict separations/divorces.
